Do you think this Valentines Day gift is childish?

my bf and i have been going out for 9 months and this is my first vday with him and i want to make it special. What i did was buy hershey kisses and took out the tags and replaced them with my own little messages like "a kiss from me to you", "everything was perfect the day we kissed", and "you kissed me like nothing else matter" ect. you know 'kiss' themed messages. Then i put them in a heart box, along with a note stating the reasons why i love him. Is this childish or sweet?
