Do you think this was betrayal or just enjoying the moment?

I was watching an amateur 'adult' video. The husband 'likes to watch' his wife 'do it' with other men. They find a guy on the internet, he agrees to do it, he is fully clothed during the whole 'session' wearing a sweater and jeans... and a black leather S&M 'pig' mask. While she is doing it with this guy, she is insulting her husband the whole time. She then gets into the moment and say "___ IT!! Let's go bare-back" They guy says "YEAH!!!" The husband says "no! no! No! That's wasn't apart of it!" She dismisses him, and goes at it with the guy unprotected.. Do you think that caused their relationship/marriage to have some problems?
