Why is there a double standard for democrats?

Much was made during the post 9-11 days of the president knowingly lying to congress with respect to the enriched uranium. President Bush told congress that they had Intel which supported the proposition--whether it was true or not there was Intel so this is not a lie. Yet--the democrats all say President Bush lied. Now--I've read the House Bill---while there is a provision in the bill which says illegal immigrants will not be covered under a government option--any person with a third grade education also can read in the same bill there as 0,zip, nada, no provisions for qualication--in other words--all an illegal has to do to get health care is do what they've been doing. So--by the same token as they held president Bush up too--wouldn't you say the president lied as well? I't in the bill but it is well known this will indeed cover illegals. Why is there such a double standard. Should we hold the representative accountable for telling the truth.
