Was it a good trade for these two players, that the chiefs made?

1)When the Cel trade was made it was viewed as a historically lopsided trade,and though new england got a very good safety in Patrick Chung,Kansas City got a starting quarterback and good linebacker in Vrabel. 2.Kansas City ended up getting a good return man/future CB?in Javier Arenas while the Falcons got one of the best tight ends in the NFL. The first trade was an incredible trade for the Chiefs while the second one wasnt horrible for a rebuilding team,but in hindsight,wasnt good.
