PLEASE help. My friend doesn't no what to do.GUYS and girls please help too?

Ok. Here's the thing right. My friend likes this guy who she thought liked him too. She would text him and he would text stuff like I want you here with me rigght now, u have no idea how much I need you, I love u so much babe. I miss u so much it's unreal. U no stuff like that. Anyway she doesn't hear from him for a couple of days and so she decides to tex him - he don't reply. So she calls him - he don't answer. So she leaves it for a bit. Then calls him again bout a week later with no answer. So she decides to try and text him. No reply AGAIN. So our other friend texts him on her phone( this guy doesn't know our other friend) and he replied within 2 mins saying who is this? So it's not like he has no credit. And he textedit her for a bit askin who it was and that and then stopped. So my friend texts him. NO REPLY even though he had teted my other friend just then!! It's made her reli upset coz she reli likes him and I can see she's not her normal self because of this. She doesn't know what she's done wrong which is the thing that most hurts her. Anyone got any advice for her and advice for me as her friend? Thanks for ur help :)
