How can i get a job as video game tester in Mexico city and get paid for it?

i live in Mexico city and i realy like a lot video games like x box and ps2 and i will like to get involved in the next level, so i thought i could get a job as a video game tester, i know that testers usualy work near the games developers or whith them so i whant to know if i can get such a job in Mexico city. i will apriciate any info on this mather
