You have a failed neutral conductor. If you were to put a multimeter in the recep from hot to neutral you would have a reading but lower than all the other receps in the house. And if you were to test between hot and ground (grounded system only) you would have normal power. Check the last working recep in the circuit and the first recep not working for a loose neutral. I'd bet money on it, it is the most common misdiagnosed electrical failure that I make money fixin.
