My german shepard just ate a whole hershey bar...what do i do....?

okay my dog is acctualy a very heavy german shephard, (around 120 pounds), and i left my big hershey bar on the table. supposedly, my dog got into it last night and i dont know if she'll get sick or even die. please help!
