What would happen if a naturally herbivorous animal ingested meat?

first of all they have senses unlike we humans who don't. i mean to say that we eat meat even though we are not suppose as our digestive system is not strong enough to digest them. the only way they might eat meat is by forcing them to do so. in such a case it will mostly be digested and the nutrients absorbed just like in humans
