Why is the public outcry over Michael Vick 19 fold that of wrestler david Benoit (spel?)?

What the wrestler did was a hundered (two hundred) times worse then Vick yet I never even heard about the wrestler over the news..A wrestler fan (I find fans of wrestling hard to believe) told me about it. My ansew is a big RASCISM. What's yours.
