Disease for a character in my book?

So I need a disease for a character in my book she is 15 and I don't want it to be cancer. I'll take anything. im at the point where I can change things like health records and hereditary things. o and she is going to die so it needs to be something that can kill her. any ideas? it is a crucial part of the book pleases help!
