What should do about my religious affiliation on my college applications?

Catholic schools pretty much divide the religious affiliations of applicants into "Catholic" and "non-Catholic." How much of a difference that makes to them depends on how strictly Catholic they are; someplace like Georgetown won't care that much, while somewhere like Boston College might. Either follow your conscience or leave it blank.
