I would like to know how to set the clock timer on my boiler?

I have moved into a new address and have a boiler worcester 24i junior, it has a clock on the front 24hr and pins that slide in and out of the clock. It also has a switch at the centre of the clock with settings I and 0... PLease could somebody advise how i set the boiler to operate at certain times? thanks
